My Approach
Welcome to the personal and safe excavation of yourself. I am dedicated to guiding you to be the archaeologist of your life; accompanying you to discover who you truly are and building your toolbox along the way. I also honour where you are in the present moment, providing you with tools and techniques, at a pace that works for you. I applaud your bravery in acknowledging the need for this important journey.
Through my own journey, I discovered my passion in helping others and the dire need for connection as humans. I curate a space of safety, supported with pillars of empathy, compassion, curiosity and unconditional positive regard. I recognise feelings of disconnection from your body, mind and soul, especially when trauma is present. I hope to help you find, learn and trust your internal compass with clear, supportive and healthy boundaries.
If you seek a deeper connection to yourself or perhaps want sovereign autonomy, self love and light; it would be an honour to nurture and encourage you through every step of your personal excavation and story. I look forward to walking with you on your journey to a more grounded you, one spade of dirt at a time.

Inspirations
“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if I can let them be… When I look at a sunset, I don’t find myself saying, “Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner”… I don’t try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.” - Carl Rogers
